The college football AP poll for week 4 is out. There is no change to the top three ranked teams this week. Ohio State, Penn State, and LSU remain ranked at #1, 2, and 3 respectfully. 0-2 Notre Dame notably remains in the top 25 despite not winning a game yet. Miami moves up to #4 and Georgia is #5 despite the close game at Tennessee this past week.
