The 32-year-old arrived on the Maurie Plant Meet in Australia lower than per week after she stormed to her first international indoor title in Poland.
However she was unable to summon her trademark ending burst as Australian Claudia Hollingsworth, 20, made her transfer 200m from the end line and clocked a profitable time of 4 minutes 1.30 seconds, 0.22secs forward of Hunter Bell.
“It was superb being in a race with this stage of ladies and beating Georgia,” stated Hollingsworth, who set a file time for the meet.
