Host Kayla McNeal sits down with Nancy Bloemer, a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor, and Frankie Muraca, a registered nurse and yoga instructor, from the Integrative Care Team for an inspiring and eye-opening conversation about the impact of yoga on children’s mental and physical well-being.
