Google has introduced the fourth generation of its Pixel Watch, keeping the recognizable design of its predecessors while adding refinements in size, display, and performance. The new model is available in two case sizes—41 mm and 45 mm—with slimmer bezels and a significantly brighter screen. The display now reaches up to 3,000 nits, making it easier to read even in direct sunlight.
One of the most notable changes is the redesigned charging dock. The watch now rests on its side during charging, enabling 25 percent faster power delivery and doubling as a bedside clock with a refreshed interface. Battery life has also seen major gains: the 41 mm version lasts up to 30 hours with the always-on display enabled, while the 45 mm model extends usage to 40 hours. By comparison, the previous generation offered a maximum of 24 hours.
The Pixel Watch 4 continues to emphasize health and fitness. It supports more than 40 workout modes, along with sensors for ECG, SpO2, and respiratory tracking, plus pulse stop detection. A dual-band GPS ensures greater accuracy in location tracking. On the software side, the watch introduces a refreshed interface in the Material 3 Expressive style and integrates seamlessly with Google’s Gemini ecosystem.
Buyers will be able to choose from five color options: Obsidian (black), Lemon (gold), Moonstone (gray), Silver/Iris (silver with a purple strap), and Silver/Porcelain (silver with a beige strap). Pricing remains consistent with last year’s lineup: $349 for the 41 mm Wi-Fi model, $399 for the 45 mm Wi-Fi, $449 for the 41 mm LTE, and $499 for the 45 mm LTE.
