Clapping is a method we specific pleasure. Now we all know the physics that lets us make this pleased noise. When two enthusiastic arms meet for a clap, the ensuing sound will be defined by a phenomenon often known as the Helmholtz resonance. This idea describes the sound made when an individual blows throughout the highest of a glass soda bottle. A Helmholtz resonator is at work as sound waves burst forth from clapping arms, scientists report.
